1. The programme was well set out with varied equipment and activities and levels to attain and exceed week by week. Keeping a record of this was effective.
2. Graham was excellent at putting me at ease, quickly assessing my ability and motivating me to achieve more. He made suggestions for developing activities. Always checked that equipment was set up right and that I was using it correctly. When correcting me he did so clearly and kindly.
3. My only criticism is the 3 minute changeover time as sometimes it took most of that to set/reset/explain the activity. Maybe 5 minutes would work better.

Very thorough investigation and treatment of injury to suit my needs. Very supportive and realistic attitude and approach of all physios.
Improvement: Shared access to my medical notes from east Surrey hospital as I'm not best placed describing my injury.

Comprehensive insight into my particular issues and how they affect me at home and work detail given relatively to my symptoms and causes etc very good. Giving me a clear understanding on how I can improve my own symptoms to better my well being. Fantastic friendly caring service. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you for all your help advice and patience and understanding. Not sure how you could improve such a fantastic service.
